Pizza places in the United States run from a counter with two stools and a stack of boxes to a full sit-down pizzeria with a bar, and most neighborhood shops do all three things at once: dine-in, takeout and delivery. Ordering by phone is still common and often faster than an app, and many independents charge less when you call direct because there is no platform fee. Sizes are usually listed in inches (a small around 10", a large 14", an extra-large 16" or more), and a large feeds two to three adults. Slices are sold from a display case at New York-style counters and reheated to order; whole pies take 15-25 minutes at a busy shop. Most spots take cards and mobile pay, though a few older pizzerias remain cash-only, so check the door or the listing before you order.

The business lists hours on 7 days of the week. On most of those days it is open 11 amโ€“11 pm. As with most places, expect changes around holidays; the phone number below is the fastest way to confirm. Lincolnwood is in Illinois, in the Midwest, where summers are warm, winters are cold and snowy, and most errands are done by car; businesses keep steady year-round hours with the usual holiday changes. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Lincolnwood follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

I came here to try their gluten free and crustless pizza. I have celiac so cannot have normal flours. The crustless pizza has a sausage base. I am a carnivore but this was a lot of meat.( I did eat it all). Must eat with fork and knife. The deep dish gluten free hot honey puzza. Love the toppings. The crust was chewy, as is must gluten free pizza, but the outer tall crust was thin, hard, and unable to eat without fear of breaking a tooth. I cut the outer crust away and all was good. Overall, I love the sweet tomatoes on top of the pizza. I will return for that alone. Also had caesar salad without croutons...excellent. This location serves cocktails which is a big plus. From entering to leaving, every employee interaction was cheerful and sincere. Kudos on a great staff.

Lou Malnatiโ€™s is the perfect deep dish pizza spot. They are crystal clear with the expectations of how long it takes to make the pie (30min from ordering) and give you plenty of delicious options to choose from. We got some wings to help tide us over while waiting, and both the buffalo sauce and the ranch were simply perfect, cooked beautifully and with large wings. When the pizza arrived, it surpassed all expectations for deep dish and was tasty and filling. Highly recommend making your way to this location for an awesome dine-in deep dish experience.

I genuinely wish I had the energy to sue these people. I ordered the penne ala malnati via Grubhub. I opened the package and notice brown ingredients that i was hoping was peppers. Upon stirring, I realized the sauce was filled with mushrooms (Which I'm allergic to). I called and asked if this was normal because mushrooms are not listed. The man i spoke with said it was weird because mushrooms are not even by the pasta side and offered an apology.

First time trying real, deep dish pizza & it was amazing! Very friendly service and all the food was homemade and authentic. Very glad we got to stop by on our vacation. Also, I didnโ€™t catch her name, but our waitress (she said she had been there since the early 70s) was so nice and made our lunch extra fun.

This Lou's is the original location great history! Excellent deep dish, as well as service. I ordered a large cheese with the butter crust which is must! Crust was nice and golden and they are definitely not shy with the cheese, sauce is was good super fresh ingredients... There's about a thirty minute wait for the pizza, but that's to be expected. Well worth the price you pay, as it's some of the best Chicago deep dish...It definitely stays true to it's reputation. 100% recommend!
